I ride for those that can't
There isn’t a single person I know that hasn’t been touched by cancer. Whether it’s through a loved one, friend, family member or it’s much more personal, cancer is a terrible burden.
In 2013 we lost my mum Lorraine to cancer followed by my sister Kathy in 2017 and my father in law Ron in 2021 and have had many friends who have suffered from this terrible disease.Â
This year marks my third year riding for those who I've loved and lost and those that have been and are still going through treatment and can't ride for themselves. I will be riding beside friends and family with a number of riders travelling from New Zealand to share in this amazing experience and to raise the all important funds for cancer research in the hope that one day we will find a cure or simply improve treatments.Â
If you can’t join me (I’d love the company), please give generously to my fundraising page.
Together, we can help make cancer history.
