I’m riding to beat cancer

There isn’t a single person I know that hasn’t been touched by cancer. Whether it’s through a loved one, friend, family member or it’s much more personal, cancer is a terrible burden.

In 2024, I’m taking a stand against cancer and backing the brilliant brains at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

These WA researchers are committed to finding answers faster and developing ground-breaking treatments for the hardest to treat cancers.

Because no one should have to hear those two life-altering words, “It’s cancer.”

I’m riding again this year in honor of a dear friend who, for many years, supported our Perkins ride generously and is now facing cancer himself. His unwavering strength and continued support are truly inspiring. The treatment he’s receiving today, which would have been impossible just ten years ago, serves as a powerful reminder of the critical importance of ongoing research and the life-saving work happening at Perkins.

Cancer continues to be a devastating disease that impacts many lives. That's why I'm inviting you to join us in supporting the incredible team at Perkins as we embark on a 200km ride.
