Feeling good

Training at least five days a week. Tuesday rest day for Rotary Club meeting. After my daytime work at the keyboard it feels good to  get the heart rate going with a run, a ride or a weight session for an hour and a bit more.

Team Rotary Riders

Have you lost friends or family to cancer.

Team Rotary Riders is once again gearing up to raise funds for the Harry Perkins Cancer Research Institute. In 2024, combined teams successfully raised an impressive $10.3 million!

In 2025, the Booragoon Rotary Club will continue to coordinate Team Rotary Riders, both in preparation and during the 200 km ride. We invite you to share this message with your friends, encouraging them to join the ride or make a financial contribution.

Last year, Booragoon Club generously donated $1,000. Contributions from individuals and clubs are greatly appreciated in 2025.

The big ride is in October 2025.  I will be riding again, for the third time, proving that age is no barrier to making a difference. It’s a ride, not a race.
