My ride to honour our son Graham.

I ride this event to honour our son Graham and to raise much needed funds to find a way to make Cancer a non life threating disease.

Graham fought his Cancer for five long years before he passed on the 26Feb 2022. He was only 45. It broke our families hearts and the pain is there every day.

After Grahams operation to remove his kidney he looked for a way to raise funds for cancer and he decided on doing the 'Macca 200'  as all funds raised went to cancer research at the Harry Perkins Medical Research Institute to find cures for cancer and all money raised stays here in WA.

He rode this event 4 times as it gave him hope and we as a family admired his courage and commitment for his cause. we are so proud of what he achieved.

This is my reason for riding in his honour. The heartache of losing Graham is there every day.
