I’m on a mission to defeat cancer.

Cancer has taken the lives of seven of my dear friends and family members. Having completed last year’s ride I realise how important the cause is and how many people have been impacted by it.  On October 11^th and 12^th 2025, I’ll ride 200 kilometers alongside others who, like me, refuse to let cancer win. Together, we’re raising vital funds for cutting-edge research at the Perkins Institute herein Western Australia. These brilliant researchers are working tirelessly to discover breakthroughs that will save lives and bring hope to those battling the toughest cancers. Our efforts to help them really do make a difference both for those impacted now, and those to come in the future.

This Ride isn’t just about cycling—it’s about fighting back, honoring those we’ve lost, and supporting the people who can make a difference. It is one of the most welcoming charity events in Australia, bringing together people with a shared purpose and an unshakable determination to make cancer non-lethal.
